Covered parking areas are situated on an elevated slab in the complex. Most of the apartments, located minutes from Davidson College, are one- and two-bedroom units with median level finishes. Sleek wood floors cover the living areas and bathrooms and bedrooms are adorned with plush carpet. The amenities of a fitness center, pool, and spacious courtyard provide residents a setting for maintaining a healthy and active lifestyle.
Also included in the construction are four shell spaces planned for restaurants and retail, as well as a leasing office for the apartment complex.
A full site package is involved in the scope of this project, which requires development of more than four acres of land. Trees are cleared, infrastructure is laid out, and a city street is expanded to accommodate the additional traffic to the area.
