St. Joseph’s/Candler’s new endocrinology center, formerly a bank renovated into medical offices, offers state-of-the-art diagnosis and treatment for those suffering with hormonal disorders. Centrally located in midtown Savannah, the new space contains six exam rooms and physician offices.
The adaptive reuse project involved heavy demolition and construction activities, which were communicated in advance to neighboring tenants to minimize disruption and interference. Working with the architects and Choate’s trusted trade partners, the project team also provided practical solutions to several challenging construction problems, resulting in cost-savings and improved schedule outcomes.
