Based in Charlotte, North Carolina, SPX Corporation is a global supplier of infrastructure equipment with scalable growth platforms in heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC), detection and measurement, and highly engineered technologies and solutions. SPX relocates their corporate headquarters campus to Southeast Charlotte. The largely open office includes space for workstations, private offices with glass storefronts, and bright collaboration areas.  The breakroom features a plenty of soft seating with pops of blue, SPX’s brand color.  The custom LED ceiling lighting in the executive conference room is inspired by the lines of SPX’s logo. Exposed decking with K13 finishes, provide an attractive natural texture to remedy noise control and thermal insulation. The project is registered with the certification goal of LEED Silver.
