With custom water features, handsome wood accents, unique decorative pieces, the newly renovated space utilizes its close proximity to the adjacent lake with countless interior waterfront views and an updated exterior patio and landscaping area.

The refreshed headquarters welcomes visitors with a redesigned lobby, monumental staircase, elevator lobby, two-story monitor wall, custom millwork, and waterfront views. Employee-focused amenities include flexible conference and collaboration spaces, training rooms, an updated cafeteria, a fitness center, and a recreation room.

Advanced technology and connections to the surrounding landscape create a workplace centered on employee health, wellness, and engagement.

Renovating within an occupied space with two existing tenants presented opportunities for thoughtful logistics and schedule coordination. The project is split into two phases to better serve the relocation of specific groups from their existing corporate office to the new headquarters. Many of the existing hardwalls are reused; incorporation of unique materials and natural elements bring the space to life.
