Choate began working with Red Ventures and architect Overcash & Demmitt early in the preconstruction process to best evaluate sustainable options for all project systems and components. Virtual Construction also played a huge role in the overall success of the project. Red Ventures’ challenging and complex design of the buildings required careful attention to detail.
The innovative building program of the latest project, known on campus as RV4, included a dedicated Learning and Development Center, which allows associates to use the building’s state-of-the-art technology to better enhance their creativity and professional growth.
Other unique features of the campus include a beer garden, full-size NBA replicated basketball court, suspended jogging track, aerobics and workout areas, soccer field, tennis court, beach volleyball courts, six-lane bowling alley, distinctive lounge areas and multiple dining venues. These various recreation areas help create the ultimate “work hard, play hard” corporate campus.
