The final completed building is extremely well executed and is one of the most impressive high end club facilities that I have worked on during my thirty-nine-year real estate development career.

The 12,000-SF Conservancy & Outfitters Center, designed by Lake Flato Architects, includes five separate one-story buildings offering an outfitters retail shop, real estate sales office, archeology and history center, canteen deli, conservancy classroom and offices, restrooms, and a back-of-house building.
4240 Architects designs the 19,600-SF Boundary Facility, which includes six separate one- and two-story structures, offering a four-lane bowling alley, restaurant, kitchen, smoke house, lobby lounge, bar, game room, expansive porches, art loft, kids-area, fitness/cardio, bike rental/repair shop, bike storage barn and a back-of-house building.

The architectural style of the buildings mimic their coastal low country surroundings and are constructed with indigenous materials including real cast-in-place oyster shell tabby concrete, timber framing, reclaimed hardwood flooring, sinker cypress millwork and cabinetry throughout.
