Two historic buildings (previously the Savannah Ice Company) are transformed into a restaurant with a rooftop space and a residential amenity building including a fitness center, leasing office, study hall, and student lounge. The restaurant features stunning exposed wood beam ceilings, reclaimed heart pine floors custom-milled from the building’s original floor and roof beams, back-lit bars, and banquette seating, all which highlight the antique look of the building. An exposed kitchen gives guests a glimpse into the world of the chef as their food is being prepared.
LEED Gold Certified, apartment homes offer residents full kitchens, contemporary granite countertops, and spacious living quarters. The four-story apartment building is constructed of wood frame with a partial first-floor brick façade and three-coat cement plaster system on floors two through four.
