17 years after performing the original construction, Choate Construction is selected to update North Point Volvo's facility to meet their current image program. Construction takes place during business hours allowing the dealership to remain fully operational and is performed in two phases. Phase one of the renovation includes facade demolition, structural steel erection, enclosing of the service drive canopy, and inserting completely refreshed finishes in the service area. Phase two includes an upgraded facade and updated finishes in the showroom and office areas. The interior of the dealership is enhanced with ceramic tile, carpet, millwork, LED lighting, restroom finishes, and paint.
