This six-story building serves as the company’s Customer Service Center and is constructed of structural steel and precast exterior. Traditional curtainwall wraps the building. Corporate offices occupy the fifth floor while open office space fills the second, third and fourth floors and accommodate technology, human resources, marketing and product management employees. The lobby greets visitors with high-end finishes such as extensive granite and rich millwork, materials also used throughout the sixth floor lobby. A full-service kitchen and amphitheater used for education and training are found on the first floor. The schedule is highly accelerated, utilizing fast-track phasing and anticipated to take approximately 11 months. Site work includes 12 acres of grading and storm sewer installation.
