MSC Industrial Corporate Headquarters

This facility is constructed of structural steel with a precast exterior, wrapped in traditional curtainwall. The lobby greets visitors with high-end finishes such as extensive granite and rich millwork, materials also used throughout the sixth floor lobby. A full-service kitchen and amphitheater used for education and training are found on the first floor. 

Corporate offices occupy the fifth floor, while open office space fills the second, third, and fourth floors, accommodating technology, human resources, marketing, and product management employees.

The schedule was highly accelerated, utilizing fast-track phasing to take approximately 11 months. Site work included 12 acres of grading and storm sewer installation.
