In an effort to create a contemporary and updated office and wellness clinic for Modern Minds, Choate was contracted to upfit a 3,400 SF space located in an existing occupied facility in downtown Charleston, SC. The renovation scope included the demolition of existing walls to create space for break-room facilities, all new mechanical systems, fire sprinkler modifications, and upgraded lighting fixtures for a neurological center.
