McEntire Joint National Guard Station upgrades their expansive base and operational capabilities with the construction of the new Joint Forces Reserve Center. The multi-purpose building, which is topped with a modified bituminous and standing seam metal roof system, is supported by a free-standing structural steel frame on a shallow foundation system. The facade features a mix of masonry, curtainwall, and precast panels.

Interior components include light gauge metal stud framing for drywall and a raised access floor system. Amenities for the building include office/administrative space, fitness center with locker rooms, full service kitchen, storage areas, classrooms, assembly hall and an auditorium with stadium seating.

In addition to the Command Center building, the project includes construction of a 3,800 SF vehicle maintenance building with hazardous material storage.

This project includes a full site-development package encompassing over 20 acres of clearing and grubbing, erosion control, site grading, installation of storm drainage system and domestic water and sewer systems, roadway and parking installation, as well as all associated landscaping and irrigation.
