Upscale Amenity Spaces
The amenity areas feature a swimming pool with associated pool pavilion and elevated wood deck for sun bathing, fitness center, clubhouse with screened porch, and state-of-the-art leasing office. Site features include automated entry ways, decorative fenced perimeter, dog park with associated dog watering and waste stations, outdoor gas grills, and 30 private garages. Decorative hardscapes fill the courtyards and interconnect the various amenity areas.
This project was both our first foray outside of the Atlanta metro area, and our first experience with Choate Construction. I can say, without a doubt, that it was a resounding success; not only from our perspective, but it was also highly praised and received by the City of Savannah.
