Lake Norman Charter School

Located on a 19-acre site, the Lake Norman Charter School allowed for the relocation of 750 5th- through 8th-grade students from a modular campus into a fresh, bright facility. Features of this project include a gymnasium, media center, dining facility, administration, large classrooms, and an athletic field/track. The school is located on a state highway, so the project team improved the frontage by constructing turning lanes and a complete overlay to handle the increased traffic.
