Steps from the shore and nestled in the newly-revitalized West Beach Village, the Conference Center and Villa Check-In is within walking distance of the award-winning Cougar Point Clubhouse, also completed by Choate.

Villa Check-In

Upon arrival to the resort, guests are welcomed at the 6,880-SF West Beach Villa Check-in. Approximately 1,280 SF of reception and lobby space is devoted to rental-property check-in, while the remainder serves as offices for KIGR employees, offering easy accessibility to guests upon arrival.

West Beach Conference Center

The three-level West Beach Conference Center offers 24,199 SF of indoor pre-event and meeting space, full commercial kitchen, enticing outdoor event space, and office space. The core meeting room features 10,529 SF of undivided space that can be divisible by airwalls, as well as 11 breakout rooms totaling 3,815 SF.

Secured, ground-level parking is available beneath the conference center, providing ample space for 72 vehicles.

A central energy plant is also included in this project, feeding power to the West Beach Village, Villa Check-In and a future hotel.
