Impact Partnership’s new campus creates a setting where strategy and content production work side by side. First- and second-floor office areas provide space for day-to-day business, while dedicated support areas help the team collaborate and deliver a more integrated client experience.

At the heart of the new headquarters is a media environment built for high-quality content creation. Choate constructed multiple radio studios, video studio, and a TV studio to support broadcast-style production and advisor-branded media. Also included were fully sound-proofed podcast studios with dedicated audio and video engineering rooms. Dressing rooms, anchor-style equipment, and broadcast-style studio spaces give the facility the flexibility needed to produce radio shows, podcasts, digital campaigns, and television content.

Beyond the production areas, the headquarters includes two break rooms and a dedicated training room that reinforce the collaborative nature of the workplace. 

Located near the radio studios, the training room provides a setting for advisor education, internal meetings, and behind-the-scenes preparation. 

A distinctive guitar wall adds a memorable design feature that brings personality to the space and reflects the creative energy of the campus.
