This LEED Gold facility encompasses 132,000 SF of office and 506-car, 169,000 SF parking deck. Genworth houses one of its critical data centers within this facility, to accommodate redundant data sharing with other Genworth data facilities worldwide. The structural steel frame is wrapped with architectural precast and window wall, enclosing Class A office finishes throughout.
