Located on one of Kiawah Islands five golf courses, Cougar Point Clubhouse caters to guest and residents by offering a tailored, one of a kind experience.
The structure consists of steel and concrete and is clad with a variety of brick and fiber cement siding. High-end trim, soffits, and fascia adorn the exterior. In true Kiawah Island fashion, a cedar shake roof completes the exterior.
The inside of the clubhouse is as striking as the exterior with high-quality finishes including stained wood wall paneling, classic wainscot, and three-piece crown moulding enhancing each room.
A bird’s-eye-view of the clubhouse reveals a pro shop, bar, restaurant, full-service kitchen, locker rooms, and a covered porch along the entirety of the building overlooking the golf course. The extended porch allows club guests and golf pro’s to view what golf.com has referred to as a “coastal haven.”
Cart storage in the basement of the clubhouse accommodates the bustling resort.
