A High Performance First Impression
Compucom's building structure is erected utilizing architectural load bearing tilt wall panels. A combination of metal panels, sun shades, and a series of punched window openings with a brilliant butt-glazed curtainwall system featuring high performance glass create the building’s attractive façade.
A Connected Building at Every Level
As a tech-savvy company, CompuCom believes in employing an Internet of Things (IoT) approach to their business enterprises. This foundation flows throughout the design of their project.
The building’s full basement level incorporates devices and systems that manage the HVAC system. The basement level systems also monitor and control the overall levels of power usage and types of usage including low voltage lighting, generator and uninterruptible power supply (UPS), fire alarm, security and video surveillance system, elevator usage and tracking, as well as domestic and irrigation water consumption.

Expansive Amenities
Employee amenities include a fitness center, café-style dining area, and a multitude of indoor and outdoor collaboration work spaces. Sitework includes extensive and detailed hardscape features. Surface parking is asphalt paved to accommodate 1,050 cars. The entire project completes in a 12-month, fast-track schedule.
