Mills Chrysler Lancaster was delivered through a collaborative Design-Build partnership between Choate and Progressive Companies. The project created a modern dealership environment tailored to the client’s branding, operational goals, and customer experience priorities.

Choate’s integrated approach helped streamline decision-making and accelerate delivery. Completed on budget and ahead of schedule, the project reflects disciplined preconstruction, strong coordination, and focused execution from start to finish.

Constructed with CMU block and ACM panels, the facility combines durability with a clean, contemporary identity. EIFS accents, expansive storefront glass, and advanced Rytec doors enhance curb appeal while supporting efficient day-to-day operations. The completed exterior gives the dealership a stronger visual presence along Lancaster’s primary automotive corridor.

Operational components include dedicated service areas and a detached car wash center that enhances delivery readiness and customer care. Strategic planning of support spaces helps improve workflow, vehicle processing, and overall campus efficiency.

Interior spaces were designed to create a more welcoming and efficient ownership experience. The dealership includes updated showrooms, private offices, customer lounge areas, and service-related spaces that improve comfort and convenience from first visit through long-term maintenance.
