Square Footage 50,000
Location Charlotte, NC
During the final stages of Phase One of the Charlotte Latin School projects, which included a new turf field with field house and a 5,000-SF after-school daycare building, Phase Two begins. Situated in the heart of the Charlotte Latin School's campus, Phase Two includes a three-story 50,000-SF Upper School and Administration Building, serving not only as an exciting, collaborative space for students and staff but also as the gateway to the campus as a whole. Its unique curved southern side, accented by ornate cast stone details and signature round columns, will be the focal point for its guests as they enter though the large glass doors of the main entrance. As the name suggests, the building is designed to serve both a classroom function for the Upper School Students grades 9 through 12, as well as office space for the Charlotte Latin Administration Staff for many years to come.
