Situated on five acres of marsh-front property, the pastoral center brings diocesan staff and parishioners together in a single, purpose-built setting for the first time. The campus includes a three-story chancery office for administrative functions, an assembly hall designed for large gatherings and events, and a chapel that serves as a spiritual anchor. Each structure is thoughtfully positioned to balance accessibility, function, and connection to the surrounding landscape.

Construction began with a comprehensive sitework package, including underground drainage and stormwater management systems. The project team preserved existing live oaks and protected adjacent wetlands, ensuring the new campus integrates responsibly with its sensitive marsh-front setting.

Structural steel framing, masonry and precast facades, and refined interior finishes are paired with integrated technology to enhance communication and reduce travel, creating a functional and enduring home for diocesan operations. Interior spaces feature detailed, high-end finishes alongside integrated video conferencing and communication technology, supporting more efficient operations across the Diocese.
