An Upgraded Sales Experience
This previously underutilized space was converted into a modern Jeep showroom featuring a welcoming customer lounge and new Service Advisor workstations. Existing showroom areas were also refreshed with updated CDJR-branded finishes, new furniture, and an expanded sales tower that added eight new workstations.

Smarter Space, Stronger Operations
Through thoughtful reorganization of the existing floorplan, Choate unlocked better use of the dealership’s square footage and created six additional office spaces for employees. Strategic interior modifications improved the flow of the space, functionality, and team efficiency without requiring excessive new construction.
Expanded Service Capacity
A 2,500-SF addition expanded the service center to better support customer needs and internal processes. The expansion added new covered and enclosed service write-up lanes, increasing capacity to 14 service lifts, while existing bays were reoriented at an angle to create a new drive lane that allows easier vehicle maneuvering and smoother traffic flow through the service area.

Precision Through Phased Construction
Because the dealership remained fully operational during construction, the project required off-hours work, detailed phasing in sections, extensive safety coordination, and constant communication with ownership and staff. Choate carefully sequenced work to minimize disruption while delivering upgrades across active customer and employee areas.
