I could not be any more pleased with a contractor and, believe me, I have experienced many over the last 30 years. I would highly recommend Choate to anyone who may be considering them - they are simply the best in the business.

Waterways’ Marina Village will become the epicenter of the community through Cottenham Exchange. Buildouts for events and dining, boat storage, and direct access to the Atlantic Ocean, Great Ogeechee River, and Intracoastal Waterway enhance the already-bustling community with a variety of activities and fantastic coastal views.
The complex stands two stories tall, with a combination of brick and fiber-cement siding exteriors and aluminum storefronts that provide a sleek yet sturdy exterior. Additionally, Thermory wood screening was installed around the east staircase, deck, and terrace. Thermory wood has been, as the name suggests, “thermally” modified to withstand incredible amounts of moisture and offer resistance against rot for more than 25 years, providing owners with attractive wood furnishings for years to come. Ornamental cable rails are used for all exterior patios and stairways and topping off the structure is a standing-seam metal roof, giving the complex a modern rustic look that flatters the surrounding scenery.

On the inside of Cottenham Exchange, community members can enjoy:
And, as if that weren’t enough to keep residents and guests occupied and thriving, the exterior amenities include a zero-entry pool for kids and an adult pool with swimming lanes for community members to cool off in the heat of the summer.
The interiors also feature a mixture of sheet vinyl, carpet, wood, tile, and rubber flooring with quartz countertops and solid surfaces throughout.
