This private luxury golf club offers members resort-level amenities in a picturesque location, further enhanced by the renovation and new construction of multiple clubhouses across the gated community. To kick-off this multi-facility campaign, Franklin Creek Sports Complex is transformed into a lively activity center to support the needs of The Landing Club’s multi-generational membership. The wood-framed structure is constructed over timber wood pilings, exuding quality and Lowcountry charm. With laid-back casual dining, the facility offers bistro fare, cocktails, coffee, and grab-and-go food. Pickleball courts, players’ lounge area, lighted bocce ball courts, and relocated tennis courts provide a variety of recreation options. The existing pool area is enhanced with a children’s splash pad and renovations to the pool deck.

Dining with a view

The Plantation Club Restaurant, a popular spot for wedding receptions and gatherings, undergoes an interior renovation to enhance spectacular views overlooking the 18th green of the Palmetto course. The main bar, dining room, and supporting corridors undergo a significant remodel, including shiplap siding and simulated paneling walls.

Wood, carpet, and tile flooring line the floor while upgraded lighting fixtures illuminate the facility. A fireplace is installed further complementing Plantation Club’s warm atmosphere.

Additional Amenities

Providing a modern atmosphere for, the gym is renovated, allowing for additional space for cardio and strength training. The lobby, corridors, group exercise studios, locker rooms, and additional areas renovated with upgraded finishes.

The final component of the campaign is the Marshwood Golf Clubhouse and Pool. This clubhouse offers members a restaurant and bar, lower-level golf cart storage, plus an expansive pool and cabana area.
