Bonobos, an e-commerce-driven apparel company headquartered in New York City that designs and sells men’s clothing, opens its first brick-and-mortar Georgia “Guideshop” in the Buckhead Atlanta complex. The retailer of men’s pants, suits, denim, shirts, shorts, swim and outerwear is a place for customers to try merchandise on for size and get styling advice from customer service “ninjas,” who then help them create their wardrobe from the website. The 900-SF interior retail fit-up of a shell space includes a front of house merchandising area and a back of house office and stockroom. Features include installation crown molding, paint, installation fo owner furnished lighting fixtures and concrete overlay with polished/dyed concrete.

Located at Avalon in Alpharetta, Crate & Barrel was constructed within an existing first-floor retail space. Point cloud scanning supported precise structural and design coordination. The store features a warm contemporary façade with curtain wall, cedar siding, thin brick, and a custom wood storefront, complemented by branded wood, brick, hardwood, and tile finishes throughout.



El Felix, the “Tex-Mex” inspired restaurant by the famous Chef Ford Fry’s Texan roots, comes to life in a 7,000-SF space. Alongside other high-end retail and restaurant spaces, the restaurant brings the feel of Austin, TX, to suburban Georgia with a casual and lively atmosphere. Finishes in the space include custom masonry block, concrete counter tops, stained concrete floors, blackened tooled metals, and a custom steel door package lining the exterior patio


IDR, an IT staffing and solutions company, relocates their headquarters office to Alpharetta, GA. Located on the second level of the Avalon mixed-use development, IDR’s office is constructed in prime, first generation tenant space. The 5,700-SF office consists of four private offices, three expandable team rooms, and open office areas. Reclaimed wood plank walls plus exposed structural and mechanical systems create a modern, rustic feel. The centralized break area, highlighted by linear light fixtures in a starburst pattern, allows employees to relax in banquette seating.

Flywheel Sports specializes in spin classes and ballet bar style training called “Flybarre.” This sheek studio is 4,700 SF and includes an extensive HVAC and plumbing package along with a glass entry, rubber gym flooring, installation of specialty soundproof walls and ceilings, and a custom millwork package installation mark the space with Flywheel’s contemporary look. Branded sound-proof walls and acoustics ensure noise is under control.
