TechRise
Geared toward technology startup companies, TechRise offers short and long-term collaborative space for individuals with their own businesses. Located next door to Atlanta Tech Village, completed by Choate in 2014, the office space undergoes a full interior and exterior transformation of an existing five-story building located in the heart of the Buckhead area of Atlanta.
Enhanced Community Spaces
The 100,000-SF interior renovation includes demolition of interior finishes, walls, and millwork. Fostering a collaborative and creative space, each floor is enhanced with community areas, quiet rooms, conference rooms, a break room for employees to relax, and a large boardroom.
A Sleek Design Built to Perform
The exterior is as sleek and modern as the work going on inside, with the addition of a striking glass staircase attached to the existing building. To support the expanded needs, upgraded HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems are put in place. An irrigation system and attractive landscaping complete the project.
