Proof of the Pudding
A vacant warehouse is transformed into office and catering space for one of Atlanta’s top upscale event planning and catering companies. Catering, event planning, and food service company Proof of the Pudding relocates its headquarters to West Midtown in Atlanta, GA. Located within a former vacant warehouse, the adaptive reuse of the space includes 13,200 SF of office space and 19,980 SF of warehouse housing high-volume commercial kitchens and support areas.
MEP Infrastructure
To ready Proof of the Pudding’s space within the vacant warehouse, showrooms and offices are constructed. Updated MEP infrastructure for the office and commercial kitchen has been put in place, along with fire protection systems. Proof of the Pudding’s state-of-the-art kitchen features poured urethane flooring, three walk-in coolers, and a walk-in freezer, providing ample storage space.
Warehouse Transformed Into Office And Catering Space
A stairway is constructed connecting the bottom-floor office to the top, while two skylights in the stairwell provide natural light to the space. Open office workstations, private offices at the perimeter of the space, and an employee break room complete the bottom floor. Guests can sample Proof of the Pudding’s catering in their tasting room and showroom. Ceilings throughout the space are a combination of acoustical tiles, exposed ceilings, and acoustical baffles.
