Multiple

The 5,200-SF restaurant includes a mix of tables, booths, sofas, and bar seating. An outdoor patio extends the experience beyond the interior, reinforcing Postino’s indoor-outdoor dining model and connecting the restaurant to the larger rhythm of The Bowl.
Postino was shaped around a detailed hospitality buildout that included a kitchen with a walk-in cooler, dining area, and bar with a direct connection to the patio bar. A custom millwork package added depth and character through wine retail shelving, suspended bar shelving, decorative coffered soffit, and specialty doors.
Multiple chandeliers serve as focal points throughout the interior, while garage-style doors and a custom motorized screen extends the interior dining to the Bowl’s sidewalks. The result is a more fluid guest experience by opening the restaurant to the outdoors.

Mid-century modern furnishings, vintage-inspired décor, and locally sourced art and furniture contribute to a warm, layered interior experience. A standout 600-SF art wall composed of more than 400 colorful vintage headphones creates a memorable centerpiece, while a second mural references the area’s history and transformation into a more connected, mixed-use destination.
