Multiple

The renovation balances preservation with performance. Most of the work focused on the interior to maintain the building’s original character, while minor exterior upgrades were designed to complement the existing architecture through compatible materials and textures. Existing exposed brick walls, vaulted ceilings, masonry details, and industrial textures remain central to the design, creating a space that feels both rooted in Greenville’s history and built for modern hospitality.
Inside, the renovated space supports New Realm’s full guest experience with a barrel-aging brewery, scratch kitchen, multiple bars, event spaces, speakeasy, and a 300-seat multi-level restaurant. The Greenville location also expands the brand’s sour and barrel-aging program with a planned 5-barrel brewhouse, giving the historic warehouse a new operational purpose while creating a destination for craft beer, dining, and private events.
