This two-story, 30,000-SF medical office upfit for Tryon Medical Partners was designed to bring multiple specialties under one roof, including cardiology, dermatology, endocrinology, gastroenterology, pulmonary, sleep medicine, and internal medicine. Choate delivered patient-ready spaces on schedule and on budget despite the complexities of state healthcare requirements and an aggressive timeline.
