Choate partners with The Keith Corporation once again to deliver Metso Power’s newest manufacturing facility, supporting the production of boilers, evaporators, and chemical recovery systems. The facility features two expansive manufacturing bays, an office component, employee parking, and a dedicated truck court.

Built to Power Industrial Production
The facility includes two manufacturing bays, one being 90' x 600' and the second 60' x 350', each with clear heights of 16'. An office bay if also included measuring 60' x 189'. The manufacturing facility is heated with radiant heaters and ventilated using roof mounted exhaust fans supplying four air changes per hour through wall mounted exhaust in the high bay area.
The building is supported by an independent steel frame with non-load bearing tilt up concrete wall panels. The site includes parking for 100 employees and a truck court.
