McCray’s Tavern opens their third location on the street level of Midtown Atlanta’s newest high-rise, Atlantic House. The American bar and grill boasts full entrees, creative burgers, and 40 beers on tap all in a family-friendly neighborhood setting. The outdoor dining area provides patrons a unique view of Midtown Atlanta, while overhead doors open up the outdoor space to the inside of the restaurant. A steel and concrete mezzanine creates additional interior dining space and an office. Patrons can dine comfortably at the bar and main dining area in custom upholstered booths and banquettes. The storefront’s awning windows and bi-fold doors connect McCray’s tavern to the busy street. A walk-in cooler behind the bar allows room for the various beers the restaurant offers. The HVAC system consists of DX split systems and an air scrubber to clean the kitchen exhaust before it leaves the building through architectural louvers in the building façade.
