Kontane Logistics expands their distribution offerings with a 58,000-SF addition to their existing facility as well as a new 165,000-SF neighboring building. Located on 12.25 acres in Statesville, NC, the facilities allow Kontane Logistics further space to receive, store, and ship product. The tilt-wall and structural steel facility is used for assembly and distribution of tire/wheel assemblies and transmissions for multiple national automotive fleets. Exterior walls are complemented by textured paint, clerestory windows in the warehouse space, and punched openings. The distribution area is equipped with 25-dock positions and a drive-in ramp and door. A 7,271-SF interior upfit adds offices, work stations conference rooms, administrative space, breakrooms, and restrooms to the facility.
