Jackson’s eight-story office tower, The Florence Building, spans 262,000 SF and truly dazzles. The building’s main lobby features stunning barrel and groin vaulted ceilings; ornate, floor-to-ceiling columns; expansive architectural woodwork; and glistening glass rails. Breakrooms and collaborative meeting spaces are centralized around and visible to a grand, circular staircase rising from the second to the eighth floor.
Floor one, primarily used as conference space, provides over 15,000 SF of state-of-the-art conference space with the remainder supporting back-of-house areas. Floors two through eight feature a mixture of hard wall partitions at the perimeter and cubicle offices on the interior.
The three-story amenities building, inspired by the Roman Colosseum, houses employee dining and fitness centers, as well as a full natatorium complete with a 1,700-SF indoor pool, sauna and steam rooms, and full locker rooms.
Complimenting the office and amenity buildings, the 1,385-space parking deck is designed to resemble the buildings that line the Piazza del Campo in Siena. The stunning deck features a combination of lightweight cast stone, decorative metal grilles, faux windows, glass fiber reinforced columns and concrete tile roofing.
