Choate Interiors has worked on more than 50 projects at Innovation Park in an effort to transform the formerly distressed property into an inspiring corporate environment home to over 7,000 employees. This 200-acre campus dates back to the 1980s and was originally the home of IBM. The 1.9 million square feet now represents some of the largest blocks of commercial office space in Charlotte.

More than 30 individual landlord projects include building renovations and upgrades, significant amenities are a major part of the overhaul of Innovation Park. Improvements to the common areas, landscape, parking areas, and signage help revitalize the overall image of the campus.
