Innovation Park
Choate Interiors has worked on more than 50 projects at Innovation Park in an effort to transform the formerly distressed property into an inspiring corporate environment home to over 7,000 employees. This 200-acre campus dates back to the 1980s and was originally the home of IBM. The 1.9 million square feet now represents some of the largest blocks of commercial office space in Charlotte.

Consistent communication directly with the owner about budget, timelines, and expectations made the series of renovations over six years a success.
