The new space serves as Greystar’s new Atlanta corporate office headquarters and includes multiple high-end finishes and millwork. New amenities include both large and medium conference rooms, coffee bar, and multiple open office areas. Large enclosed offices line one side of the floor’s perimeter and feature glass partitions and doors. Interior finishes include luxurious hardwood flooring, wood casework, wood trim at doors and windows, and custom cabinetry.
