Atlanta: Located in the award-winning Shops Around Lenox in Atlanta, Georgia, existing retail space is renovated to accommodate this retail store. Utilizing the latest in VDC design, the entire project has been modeled. The Crate & Barrel and Choate teams work closely to utilize the model, improving lead times and minimizing potential conflicts in the field. The model is also used to provide a “look into the future” to help workers at the site see an interactive image of the constructed space prior to starting work and throughout the process. Alpharetta: Located on the first floor at the Avalon mixed-use development, this Crate & Barrel location is constructed within an existing space. Point cloud scans done by Choate's VirtualWorks team ensure existing conditions are taken into account when planning MEP coordination, display system, exterior facade, and more.

Nashville: Crate & Barrel Nashville encompasses 27,000 SF within two floors of a first-generation space in Green Hills Mall. As the anchor store within the new mall expansion, the project shares the same brand finishes that can be found in most recently built stores which consist of wood floors, wood walls, wood floors, and interior brick.  These finishes provide the backdrop for this stores main features which consist of a monumental stair, interior elevator, and Crate & Barrel products.
