Coca-Cola Bottling Co. Customer Care Center

A single-story warehouse facility is transformed into a colorful, fully functioning call center for Coca-Cola Bottling Company Consolidated. Focused primarily on the building’s interior, the creative conversion introduces a variety of work environments designed to support the Customer Care Center’s employees and daily operations.

The renovated office includes open workstations, conference rooms, huddle spaces, and training rooms. A break room and recreation area are completed with high-end furnishings and contemporary fixtures, providing employees with comfortable, functional spaces to gather and recharge.

To support the facility’s new use, the project includes structural, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and fire protection work throughout the building. Each system is carefully coordinated with the new office layout and operational requirements of the Customer Care Center.

The project team also oversees updates to the site utilities and a series of exterior improvements. The parking lot asphalt is repaired and restriped, a driveway is paved, and the landscape islands are refreshed to improve access, functionality, and the overall appearance of the property.
