Spanning 42 acres, this open-air shopping destination features 95 designer and name-brand stores, a food court, and several restaurants.

Nine buildings are linked by a covered steel gallery, offering protection from the elements while preserving an inviting outdoor experience. The structures combine precast panels and steel framing, with facades incorporating storefront glazing, EIFS, stone, and stud framing.

Extensive site development included 830,000 cubic yards of earthwork, two new interstate interchanges, and improvements to four state interchanges. The project was delivered through a distinctive joint venture between Tanger Outlets and Simon Outlets.
