Ameris Bank Corporate Office
Ameris Bank consolidates its Atlanta corporate offices into two buildings within Buckhead’s Securities Centre. The relocation allows the company to expand and add 300 additional employees. One Securities Centre receives an extensive renovation to the 4th, 7th, and 15th floors, while the 1st and 6th floors are renovated within the Two Securities Centre building next door.

Modern Workplace with a Buckhead View
Ameris' office space is customized with state-of-the-art technology, collaboration rooms, private offices, breakrooms for employees to relax, and learning and development facilities. Office and community gathering areas present beautiful views of the Buckhead skyline
Additional scope included relocating and upgrading doors and lights, power to new offices, rework to ACT grid and tile, and reworking of power and lighting to accommodate the new office space. Additionally, a swing space was created to include temporary offices while floors are renovated. Partitions, open office space, a break room, and amenities are added to ensure employees were comfortable during the renovation.
