After completing Wade V Core and Shell for repeat client Dominion Realty Partners, Choate is selected to upfit the 2nd floor for this Fortune 500 customer.
Tenants are greeted with floor to ceiling windows and a birds-eye view to the exterior garden and the master-planned Wade Park. The working environment features open collaborative spaces, coffee bars, focus rooms, mother’s rooms, break areas, and an internal reference library. The tenant’s technology hub is strategically located on the 1st floor, with all networking fed up to the 2nd floor main suite.
