“RV3 represents a big step forward for us. It is a building that is bigger than all of our other buildings combined at 108,000 SF,” says Ric Elias, CEO of Red Ventures.
The high-tech complex is distinguished by modern design and soaring atriums, in addition to its appealing amenities. Adding to the full-size basketball gymnasium, running track, aerobics and workout areas, full-service dining and kitchen, and golf putting course from the previous phases, RV’s most recent facility includes a beer garden, six-lane bowling alley, lounge, soccer field, two tennis courts, and two beach volleyball courts. This facility is LEED registered with a certification goal of certified.
“It reflects our culture, the culture of openness. It’s a culture that is transparent. It’s a culture where literally we are all working together. And what I’m really excited about is that the architects nailed it,” said Elias of the design by Overcash & Demmitt Architects.
