The basics: The $5.6 million restoration and rehabilitation of Gaillard Hall marks the final phase in a $70 million project at the University of North Georgia military college. The major renovation of Gaillard Hall transformed the 1950s era, international-style military barracks into a 21st century residence hall, complete with all modern amenities.
