Hello, Nashville!

July 10, 2019

Choate is thrilled to announce the official launch of our sixth office in Nashville, Tennessee!

Led by Choate veteran Matt Relick, Division Manager, Choate Nashville will build upon Choate’s past and present experience in Tennessee.  Current and recent Nashville work includes restaurant Superica, retailer Crate & Barrel, and the LKQ Corporation headquarters.  Prior, Choate’s experience in Tennessee began 20 years ago with a Georgia Pacific distribution center, later followed by notable projects such as The Icon in the Gulch mixed-use, Rhythm at Music Row boutique condos, and a host of other senior living, automotive, and corporate projects.

“Choate is excited to provide the dedication to service and relationships we are known for in our other markets to our current and future Tennessee clients,” says Relick. Millard Choate, founder and Executive Chairman, was born and raised in Nashville, having attended Father Ryan High School and Vanderbilt University.  He adds, “While some may see us as new to the market, in many ways, it feels like we’re coming home. We will be proud to serve the Nashville community as well as provide our employee owners with further growth opportunities, as represented by the Nashville expansion.”

The announcement comes shortly after Choate announced its 30th anniversary, its transition to becoming 100% employee owned, and a powerful season of philanthropic initiatives; Choate raised over $650,000 to date in 2019 for charity.
