Representatives from Choate Construction, Warner Summers, Cobb County, and the State of Georgia were on site Monday to break ground on two Department of Driver's Services buildings.

One center will be built near the current one in Marietta, and a second facility will be built in Kennesaw.  Both should open in April or May of next year. The buildings will have seats for hundreds, with 20 service counters and larger computer stations.

The buildings will be constructed by Cobb County and leased to the state.
