Choate Savannah Names Director of Operations

As Choate Construction Company continues its growth in the Savannah area, we are proud to announce the promotion of Kirk Gilbert as Director of Operations for the Savannah office.

As Director of Operations, Kirk will be the administrative leader of all projects and project teams, providing leadership, oversight, and mentoring to the project teams. Kirk is responsible for all aspects of the office’s projects and the performance of the staff executing those projects. He will work hand-in-hand with business development to enhance client, architect and engineer relationships.

Kirk has 18 years of construction experience and joined the Choate Construction team in 2006, serving as Assistant Project Manager, Project Manager and Senior Project Manager. With the knowledge and skills developed over the years along with familiarity of Savannah’s construction community , Kirk provides oversight and direction to Choate Construction’s business operations.

Kirk is a LEED Accredited Professional with a Bachelor of Science degree in Building Construction and Contracting resides in Savannah with his wife and three sons.
