CHOATE RALEIGH WELCOMES ANDY GREENBERG, DIRECTOR OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

November 20, 2019

Andy Greenberg has joined the Choate Construction Raleigh team as Director of Business Development. Capitalizing on extensive prior experience in both construction and real estate industries, he will further Choate’s relationships and strategically procure sales opportunities in the greater Raleigh and North Carolina region.

“We are thrilled to add Andy Greenberg as Director of Business Development to the Choate Raleigh team,” says Tom Plant, Vice President and Division Manager of Choate Construction’s Raleigh office. “His expertise and extensive local market experience will strengthen our valued relationships as Choate Raleigh continues to grow.”

A seasoned expert in the Triangle market, Andy joins Choate after having most recently successfully served in a similar business development capacity in the general contracting industry.  Prior to commercial construction, he provided real estate brokerage services for private developers as well as publicly traded real estate investment trusts during his time with The Shopping Center Group.  Andy focuses on nurturing strong, long-term relationships and applies his construction and real estate development experience to create proactive solutions for clients.

A graduate of The University of Colorado, Andy received a bachelor’s degree in Economics.  When not working, you may find him tailgating at University of Carolina and NC State games or spending time with his wife and young daughters at one of Raleigh’s many beautiful parks.

In 1996, Choate Raleigh opened its doors with a handful of employees. Today, the office is filled with 50+ thinkers, doers, and builders, skilled in delivering both small and large construction projects in innovative, cost-effective ways.  Choate Raleigh plays an integral part in transforming the city’s skyline and creating iconic landmarks such as Charter Square, West at North, and FNB Tower at 501 Fayetteville Street. Outside of downtown Raleigh, recent projects include Rho, Inc. Headquarters in RTP, Marsico Hall at UNC Chapel Hill, Genworth Financial Headquarters, and The Offices at Wade Park.
