Choate Construction Welcomes Bill Moultrie

Choate Construction Company is proud to announce the addition of Bill Moultrie as Project Executive. In this role, Moultrie will utilize his prior experience in the food/beverage processing and distribution industry to capitalize on Choate’s background in this market sector. From a project’s first processing consultation to closeout and beyond, Bill will ensure flawless execution in the management and coordination of outside engineers, partnerships with architects, subcontractor relationships, and administration for projects within this niche sector.

With over 25 years of experience, Bill is a proven leader. He comes to Choate after having most recently served as the Vice President of Engineering Procurement Construction Sales and Operations at Williams Industrial Services (a Global Power company). Bill brings operational savviness combined with a dedication to collaborative, relationship-based contracting to the position. Bill has successfully managed projects in excess of $110 million in the United States and Europe. Past notable projects include the IAMS dogfood processing plant in the Netherlands; Brookshire Grocery in Tyler, Texas; and Ingles Markets in Black Mountain, North Carolina.

The addition of Bill to the Choate team continues to support Choate’s dynamic year of growth including the announcement of 100% employee ownership, selection as the Southeast Contractor of the Year by ENR Southeast magazine, and having topped $1 billion in revenues.
