Choate Celebrates Milestone 30th Anniversary

On June 13, 1989, Choate was formed in the modest basement of Millard Choate's home.  From there, we worked long hours and tackled challenging jobs in diverse industries.  We laid a solid foundation to carry us into the future.  It is with much happiness and grateful hearts we welcome 30 years of business.  After all, we can't be 29 forever!

From one old gold truck to a company that employs almost 500 employee owners, Choate has grown in every way possible:

• Project diversity. From automotive to student housing, manufacturing to industrial and everything in between, Choate has the experience to offer solutions no matter the sector.
• Geographic reach.  With project sites from coast to coast, we offer a local feel with national capabilities.
• Office count.  Welcoming our newest office in Nashville, Tennessee, Choate now has six offices throughout the Southeast.
• Innovation and technology. The VirtualWorks team continues to expand our BIM and VDC capabilities with cutting-edge solutions.
• Philanthropic impact. While we've always been mindful to pay it forward, Choate employee owners have kicked it up a notch, raising over $650,000 this past month alone for the charities we support.
