Matt Relick Joins Choate Atlanta Team

Atlanta, GA (October 31, 2012) – Matt Relick has rejoined Choate Construction Company as Senior Preconstruction Manager in the Atlanta office.

Most recently employed at Juneau Construction, and previously at a developer, Relick is well-versed in all market sectors and has extensive experience in the medical, higher education and student housing industries.  Relick has a steady grasp on all aspects of construction having held all positions from Project Engineer to Senior Project Manager to Senior Preconstruction Manager.

As a third generation builder, Relick has a wealth of experience and a diverse resume that includes many project successes, but is most proud of the lasting relationships with his customers and past employees. He offers immense experience in bid negotiations, construction scheduling, project buyout, and contract execution.
